Calcium-Rich Cucumber & Celery Juice

This juice is simple and combines all my favourite qualities: sweet, zesty, light and refreshing.

Cucumber and celery are highly versatile juicing ingredients that blend well with a variety of other fruits and vegetables, adding lightness while providing a generous amount of liquid. Enjoy this hydrating juice with 650 mg of potassium, 110 mg of calcium and plenty of vitamins K and C.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pineapple (or 2 thick slices)

  • 8 celery stalks

  • 2 large cucumbers

  • 2 limes

Directions:

  1. Wash all produce well.

  2. Peel lemon (optional) and pineapple .

  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
