Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Another good excuse to enjoy chocolate for breakfast. Adding the benefits of bananas with antioxidant rich berries and mineral rich greens are all good reasons to enjoy this smoothie bowl for breakfast.
Adding the nuts support satiety for good appetite control to last well into lunch. This can also be enjoyed as a snack and can be broken into 2 small portions for a lighter serve. You can also add a protein powder that is additive free to bump up the protein content on this one.
This reminds me of a chocolate Yogo, my favourite not so healthy chocolate dessert when I was a kid, so a big yum yum from me.
