Maple Macadamia Nuts

Now these are a delicious snack to enjoy in place of store bought roasted nuts and other highly processed foods. These are super crunchy and super delicious and they go very nicely over a salad or as a healthy snack. When eating nuts it can be important to portion control, a good handful or ¼ cup is a good sized portion to enjoy!

Macadamias are particularly healthy due to their naturally higher monounsaturated fat content (85%), they are also high in Vitamin B1, magnesium and iron. Macadamias and macadamia oil also has a very high smoke point so these fats can withstand higher heat then many other types of oils and fats.
